Free to start, capped not unlimited
Wardentry is free to start. Early partners help set what it costs afterwards, and hear about any change before it happens.
The free tier
- No surprise charges. Pricing, if it starts, applies to new signups and to going beyond the caps above - not to organizations already on the free tier.
- Capped, not unlimited. Every organization is limited by default to 5 events, 500 members and 500 passes. Ask if you need more.
- A venue counts as an event. A leisure centre, a spa or a campsite takes one of the 5, however long you run it. Members and passes are counted the same way for both.
- Passes are the tight limit. Each one is an email we pay to send, so it is usually the first cap a series of events, or a season of visit passes, reaches.
- Direct support. You reach the person building this, not a support queue.
